The Abu Dhabi Grand Slam runs from 29 to 31 October with 397 competitors from 61 countries on the entry list, 236 men and 161 women.
The men’s categories carry 29 entries at -60 kg, 32 at -66 kg, 41 at -73 kg, 37 at -81 kg and 25 at -90 kg, with the heavier categories to follow. No Hong Kong, China judoka appears on the current list.
Grand Slam events carry world ranking points towards the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic cycle, and the field in Abu Dhabi is drawn from six continents.
Entries can still change before the draw, and the final field is confirmed when the competition begins.
