The 2026 Hong Kong Youth Judo Exchange Delegation will take place in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from 10 to 15 August. The six-day activity is listed by the Judo Association of Hong Kong, China and offers local youth judoka experience beyond their regular club training and competition.
According to the information published by the Association, the activity is open to judoka aged 13 to 23. No participant list or detailed daily programme has been made public, and the final arrangements remain subject to announcements by the Association.
Youth exchange provides opportunities to encounter different training methods and styles, helping judoka broaden their perspective, improve adaptability and build a richer judo experience outside their normal routine.
