The current International Judo Federation entry list shows four Hong Kong, China judoka for the individual competition at the 2026 Baku World Judo Championships: Lee Kwok Wing at men's -81kg, Wong Ka Lee and Ho Lok Yi at women's -48kg, and Tsui Shuk Ki at women's -52kg.
As of 19 September, the IJF's direct event page listed 96 countries and regions and 645 competitors, comprising 346 men and 299 women. These are rolling registration numbers rather than a final field.
Three of the four — Lee Kwok Wing, Wong Ka Lee and Tsui Shuk Ki — are also on the current six-person Hong Kong, China Asian Games judo list. Asian Games judo runs from 30 September to 3 October and the Baku individual competition begins on 4 October, so competing in both would leave them an unusually short turnaround.
Ho Lok Yi is listed for Baku but is not on the current six-person Asian Games list.
According to the IJF schedule, Wong Ka Lee and Ho Lok Yi compete in women's -48kg on 4 October, Tsui Shuk Ki in women's -52kg on 5 October, and Lee Kwok Wing in men's -81kg on 7 October.
It should be stressed that all of the above is the current IJF entry list. Registration does not equal confirmed participation, and each team's final line-up depends on the official announcement.
